How long will it take for my package to get to me?

Once an order is shipped, it usually gets delivered within 5 to 6 business days in metro areas and between 7 and 9 business days in non-metro areas. Deliveries may be held up because of things like holidays, bad weather, and so on.

We give priority to orders that are paid for ahead of time, so cash on delivery orders will take longer.

How much does it cost to ship?

If you spend more than ₹499, shipping is free. It costs 80 rupees to ship items worth less than 499 rupees.

Is Cash On Delivery an option?

For some pin numbers, our driver will decide if cash on delivery is possible. You have to pay ₹95 for each order of COD.

How can I find my order?

One we ship your order, you’ll get an email and text message with a link to track it.

Getting Lost or Missing Packages

We’re very proud of the fact that our delivery services are reliable here at cultureofbharat. We understand the trouble this may cause, though, if the package goes missing or is lost, or if the delivery is late. This statement explains how we will handle these kinds of scenarios.

1. Reporting packages that are lost or missing:

If a customer’s package is missing or lost, they need to call our Customer Service Center within two days of the scheduled arrival date. When you report, please include the following information:

  • Number of the order or the bill.
  • Describe the thing(s) that are missing.
  • The date and time of delivery.
  • Any important information about the delivery attempt, like a notice of a missed delivery

2. Look into it and solve it:

As soon as we get your report, our team will get in touch with the driver who is in charge of delivering your package.
We will do everything we can to work with the carrier to:

  • Find out where the package is.
  • Look into the events that led to its disappearance.
  • If you can, speed up the arrival of the missing package.

3. Keeping in touch and communicating:

We will keep you up to date on the investigation as it goes on. You will get updates about the state of your package through WhatsApp +91 7977031911.
If the package can’t be found or brought within a fair amount of time. We will give you either Full return for the item(s) that were lost
If possible, replacing the item(s) that are missing

How do I return or exchange my item?

In the event that your goods arrive broken or incorrectly, we will be happy to exchange them for a new one.

IMPORTANT  : When you get the package, please make a video of yourself opening it so that you can return or swap it or report damage.

In the event that you receive damaged or wrong goods, please email support@cultureofbharatiya.com or call us on WhatsApp at +91 7977031911  within 24 hours of getting the goods and send pictures of the damage. Products that are broken or not what you ordered will be picked up and sent back by delivery. When the item is returned, it will be checked for quality to make sure that the problem is our fault and not caused by someone misusing or abusing the product, which is out of our control. An swap or refund will be sent as soon as the returned item passes a quality control check to make sure it is brand new and still in its original package. You have to return the items in their original cases and, if possible, in their original packing.

When you return the items, please include the original tags and packing. We may not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or dirty. This is for health reasons.

Please keep in mind that calendars, notebooks, and signs cannot be returned.
